The Application Process

We reserve dates on a first come, first served basis. We cannot process your application or reserve a week until we have an application and the registration fee in hand.
Prices and Program Lengths
- Creation Restoration: $315 per person (Sunday 6pm through 8am Saturday
morning)
- Wilderness: $300 per person (Sunday 6pm through 8am Saturday
morning)
- Mystery Trip: $330 per person (Sunday 6pm through 8am Saturday
morning)
- Home Repair: $315 per person (Sunday 6pm through 8am Saturday
morning)
- Plus(+) a per-worksite fee designated to the Home Repair materials fund. (a worksite consists of 8-10 workers) You decide what level of work your group wants to accomplish.

| 1 | Projects include interior/exterior painting, yard work, minor wood replacement. | $300 |
| 2 | Projects include light repair, small porches/ramps. Small roofs, drywall, and underpinning. | $600 |
| 3 | For groups eager to rise to the challenge! Chaperones should be able to follow a provided construction plan and guide the youth through the project. These projects are not necessarily more difficult...just bigger. Projects include larger roofs, wheelchair ramps and porches with roofs. | $800 |
| 4 | For groups eager and able to complete a large amount of work in a short time. These projects will be custom tailored to your groups desired level of challenge. At this level, groups will need to bring a person with advanced construction ability (not necessarily a contractor) to ensure the project is properly completed. This individual is not charged a participant fee (provided the minimum group size is met). These custom projects may require additional funds depending on the project your group is willing to undertake. | $1000+ |

- Wilderness Options:
- Caving: no extra cost
- Climbing/Rappelling: no extra cost
- Canoeing: $5 extra per person
- Ropes Course: $20 extra per person
- White Water Rafting: $25 extra per person (This could involve up to 5 hours of driving time depending on program selected and campground assignment.)
- Fees include: all meals, lodging, group equipment, worksite materials, programming options, group preparation materials, insurance, our staff, a CP T-shirt, a photo web page to share your experience and much more.
Payment Schedule and Policies
- First Payment (non-transferable, refundable if no space is available)
- Amount: $50 per person
- Due: At time of application
- This number locks in the number of participants attending. Actual attendance number can change until May 1, 2011, but after that date, must be within 20% (+/-) of the given number.
- Second Payment
- Amount: $100 per person
- Due no later than February 1, 2011 or 60 days after intial application, whichever is later.
- Final Payment- (this includes all worksite fees)
- Due: May 5th (For groups arriving before July 1st)
- Due: June 5th (For groups arriving on or after July 1st)
Cancellation Terms
- All payments are non-refundable
- First payment is not transferable.
- The second and final payments are transferable toward the
final payment of an experience the next year if cancellation
occurs before May 1, 2011.
- After May 1st no transfers will be made.
- $100 late fee will be assessed for each payment not received or postmarked by due date.
